I immediately found a well-organised gym, professionally well-trained instructors, clean toilets, efficient equipment and in good condition in the morning during the hours I attend, there is no crowding in the changing rooms.

excellent gym, changing rooms and showers very clean and well looked after. The gym has all the very well maintained machines with which you can perform the exercises correctly. Personal trainers are kind, competent and follow you.
Not a huge family-run gym. However, they have many different types of equipment for all body muscles and various types of courses every hour a week. There are Total body, pilates, circuit, belly dance and tai Chi courses... For all tastes.
Friendly and helpful staff, always present to help and manage your personal profile.
Spacious changing rooms with free showers and lockers and the availability of a small sauna.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Excellent gym for those who want to train seriously. It is a gym in the parella/street well area, frequented by people of all ages, it is not huge, but with well-defined spaces, all the equipment is functional and well maintained and above all it is looked after with great professionalism and seriousness by the staff. There is the possibility of having nutritional and sports consultancy. The good thing is that it has natural light and is not the usual underground and slightly smelly gym. Covid protocols and cleanliness of the premises are highly respected. Clean and new bathrooms. Nice owners. A good address.

I immediately felt comfortable, for the competence - you are always looked after - for the cleanliness and for the availability. I also recommend the personal trainer sessions which helped me a lot with my awareness of movement and the on-site nutritionist who helped me learn to balance foods correctly
They are all simply wonderful.... I feel looked after with attention and professionalism, I go with enthusiasm because the atmosphere is welcoming!!! I'm just sorry I didn't meet them sooner! I solved my small but annoying back problems thanks to postural pilates and pain-relieving stretching! And thanks to this I can now dedicate myself to more intense activities. Andrea, Paolo, Alessandra and Maria...thank you very much, you are special.
